ASHLEY
Let’s be real—you’re not here to play small.
I’m Ashley: marathoner, run coach, and your biggest hype woman. I didn’t grow up running—I built this from the ground up, with grit, late nights, early mornings, and a belief that I was made for more.
After 11 marathons (including a trail 50K and a Boston finish later), I’m here to help you tap into that same drive.
I didn’t always love running. In fact, we had a rocky start. At first, it was just a way to get back in shape after pregnancy—a means to an end. But everything changed when I decided to fund-race for the NICU that cared for my preemie at Children’s Hospital. That’s when running stopped being a chore and started becoming something deeper—an outlet, a passion, a lifeline. It gave me space to reconnect with my body, clear my head, and tap into strength I didn’t know I had.
Since then? I’ve run 11 marathons, a trail 50K, and tackled everything from fast, flat roads to quad-burning downhills and relentless climbs. I’ve trained through setbacks, bonked hard, and kept going. I set a goal early on: earn that Boston Marathon jacket—and after eight attempts, I finally caught the Unicorn. Every mile taught me something. I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and how to keep showing up.
I became a run coach because I love this sport—and I love helping others find their own version of it. Whether you’re running to heal, to grow, or to compete, I’ll be in your corner with a clear plan, honest guidance, and all the encouragement you need.
